Director of the Foundation

Abbaszade, son of Mahir Tapdig, was born on October 27, 1975 in the Lachin district in an intellectual family. In 1997, he graduated from Baku State University with the specialization of economist, teacher of economic theory.

In 1997, the head of the personnel department at the Guzdak Building Materials Combine, in 2001-2003, a service department specialist at the Sumgayit branch of the International Bank of Azerbaijan, in 2003-2004, an accountant and treasury manager at the "Ganglik" branch of "Zaminbank" OJSC, 2004 - In 2015, he worked as the manager of that branch.

He is a reserve officer of the Azerbaijan Army (Lieutenant). On November 14, 2018, he was appointed as the director of the Social Development Fund of Forced Displaced Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Scientific activity: In 2005, he was admitted to the Institute of Economics of ANAS as a doctoral student. In 2010, he defended in the scientific council, and in 2012, he received the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Economic Sciences by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is the author of 2 scientific books, 27 scientific articles, and 11 scientific theses.

Political activity: Member of the New Azerbaijan Party. On November 1, 2015, he took part in the fifth convocation and on February 9, 2020, the sixth convocation of the elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan from Lachin constituency No. 121 and was elected a deputy. He is a member of the economic policy, industry and entrepreneurship committee of the Milli Majlis, and the Youth and Sports committee.

Seyidov, son of Shirzad Abbasali

He was born on June 12, 1971 in the village of Salah, Ijevan district of the Armenian SSR. He is Azerbaijani.

In 1988, he graduated from secondary school No. 71, Sabunchu district, Baku city.

In 1995, he graduated from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy (Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University) majoring in "Engineer-Economist".

He served in the military in 1989-1991.

In 1998, after leaving the industry, he graduated with honors from the advanced training course on the basics of market economy at the "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of Managers and Specialists of the National Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan".

He started his career while still a student, and in 1991-1995 he worked as a worker, foreman and chief foreman at "Baku Prosthetic-Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center".

In 1995-2000, he worked as an engineer, senior engineer and deputy chief in the technical production department of the "No. 1 Tunnel-Construction Department".

In 2000-2004, he worked as a director at "Abadlig construction-installation" LLC.

In 2004-2010, he worked as a deputy manager at Technikabank OJSC.

In 2010, he was hired as a chief procurement consultant at the Social Development Fund of Forced Displaced Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2011, he was promoted to the position of head of the economy sector in that fund.

Since 05.01.2017, he has been working as the deputy director of the Forced IDPs Social Development Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Social Development Fund of Forced Displaced Persons of YAP Nasimi district organization is the chairman of the regional first party organization.

On October 12, 2012, he was awarded a "Diploma" on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the New Azerbaijan Party.

He knows Russian and Turkish languages.

He is married and has 3 children.

Imranov, son of Vugar Imran

Deputy director of the Fund for Social Development of Forced Displaced Persons

 He was born on July 1, 1971. He is Azerbaijani.

  He graduated from high school in 1988. In 2005, he graduated from the Faculty of Construction Economics and Management of Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.

He participated in the Karabakh battles from 1992 until the ceasefire.

From 01.10.2012, he worked as a work executive at the Road Operation Establishment, and from 09.04.2015, he worked as a deputy head at the Road Operation Establishment No. 10 of Azeryolservis OJSC.

Since 19.12.2018, he has been working as a deputy director at the Forced IDPs Social Development Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is a member of YAP.
